The honest version
What it does well
— HD photo and video from your point of view, hands-free
— Touch-controlled — tap to record, tap to call, tap to stop
— Bluetooth calling without reaching for your phone
— Lightweight everyday frame you can wear all day

What it does not do
— It does not translate anything — for translation, see Lingua Vox
— It is not an action cam — it captures everyday moments, not extreme sports
— Battery life depends on use — heavy video recording drains it faster
— It is not waterproof — keep it dry
— Only the glasses ship in the box — no case, no accessories
We would rather tell you all of this now than in a refund email. If it is not for you after it arrives, the 30-day return policy is one click away — written in plain English.

FAQ
Common questions, honest answers
Does Vue Nova translate languages?
No. Vue Nova is a camera and calling product — it does not translate. For translation glasses, see Lingua Vox.
How do I control it?
Touch control on the temple. Tap to start recording, tap to answer a call, tap to stop. No buttons, no phone needed.
How long does the battery last?
290mAh battery. Exact life depends on use — mixed calling and occasional recording lasts longer than continuous video. We will publish tested numbers after sample verification.
Is it waterproof?
No waterproof rating. Keep it dry — it is built for everyday indoor and outdoor use, not rain or water activities.
How fast is shipping to Canada?
Free tracked shipping. Orders ship in 1–3 business days and arrive in 6–15 business days — most land in 10–14. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment it ships.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Usually no. A small percentage of parcels (industry-wide, under 5%) get inspected, in which case the local post may charge a small customs service fee. We say this here because we would rather be upfront than surprise you at the door.
What if it does not work for me?
30-day returns from the day it arrives — no interrogation, no restocking tricks. Defective on arrival? We replace it. Email us; a human answers within 24 hours.
